Our 200x Aloe powder, is derived from the gel inside the aloe vera plant and can be very beneficial to your soil. Its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties help protect your plants from diseases and pests, enhances root development and adds essential nutrients to your soil. Just mix in water and then pour into your soil or use as a foliar spray!

1/4-1/2 tsp per gallon of water during vegetative state

Benefits:

  1. Natural Fertilizer: Aloe vera gel contains a variety of nutrients, including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and micronutrients like zinc and magnesium. These nutrients can help nourish plants when applied as a fertilizer. Aloe extracts can be diluted and used to water plants, providing them with a natural and organic source of nutrition.

  2. Enhanced Root Development: Aloe vera extracts contain compounds that stimulate root growth and development in plants. When applied to seeds or young seedlings, aloe extracts can encourage stronger and healthier root systems, leading to improved plant establishment and growth.

  3. Improved Water Retention: Aloe vera gel has natural water-retaining properties, which can help improve soil moisture levels and reduce water stress in plants. When applied to the soil, aloe extracts can help retain moisture around plant roots, particularly in sandy or fast-draining soils.

  4. Disease Resistance: Aloe vera contains compounds with antimicrobial properties, such as anthraquinones and polysaccharides. These compounds can help protect plants from certain soil-borne diseases and pathogens, reducing the risk of root rot and other fungal infections.

  5. Stress Relief: Aloe extracts have been shown to contain compounds that can help plants tolerate environmental stressors, such as heat, drought, or transplant shock. Applying aloe extracts to plants during periods of stress can help mitigate the negative effects and promote overall plant health and resilience.

  6. Foliar Spray: Aloe vera extracts can be diluted and applied directly to plant foliage as a foliar spray. This can help nourish leaves, promote photosynthesis, and enhance plant vigor. It may also deter certain pests and diseases from affecting the foliage.

  7. Organic Pest Control: Some studies suggest that aloe vera extracts may have insecticidal properties, repelling or controlling certain garden pests such as aphids, mealybugs, and spider mites. Using aloe extracts as a natural pest control option can help reduce reliance on synthetic pesticides and minimize harm to beneficial insects.

Overall, aloe extracts can serve as a versatile and beneficial tool for gardening, providing nutrients, promoting root development, enhancing water retention, improving disease resistance, relieving stress, and offering organic pest control options for plants.
